Find your League ID
Log into ESPN Fantasy Football and open your league. Look at the URL in your browser.
fantasy.espn.com/football/league?leagueId=123456
The number after leagueId= is what you need.

Get your auth cookies (private leagues only)
Public leagues skip this step. Private leagues need two cookies from your browser to authenticate with ESPN's API.

Use Find my leagues to select from a dropdown, or find your ID in your Yahoo Fantasy league URL.
